Firefighter, 10 plus years experience moving spas, that's a good start and was enough to hire his company, especially after only 3 of 7 other companies in the DFW area even bothered to return our inital calls.  Anyway, after talking with Justin about his company and our particular move we arrived at a price.  He arrived at the agreed upon time as promised and the task was completed safely with no damage, delays or hassles; what more could you ask for?!? Folks, there are just way too many illegitimate companies out there in this business, so be careful.  My wife and I spent our hard earned money on a nice spa, too nice in fact to risk it's move to just anyone; super glad we ran accross this guy; Hallelujah!

Justin and his brother moved the spa we bought off of Craigslist.  They offered to move it the same day we bought the spa.  They were willing to work after 5pm in order to get the spa to us.  Upon arriving to our house they took their time to set the spa ensuring that it was exactly the way we wanted it.  They were at our house well after 8pm.  They did an awesome job of moving the spa, which my crazy husband originally thought he was going to do.  I thank you for you for your commitment to customer service.

Buying a used hot tub in excellent condition is a good idea if and only if you have reliable and trustworthy people to move it at a reasonable price.  People like this can be hard to find, but we were fortunate to have found Justin Stewart and his firefighter colleagues who fit the bill perfectly.  After our initial conversation on the phone we exchanged all the necessary information through texts, which was really convenient for us.  He arrived at the home of the seller on time, picked up the hot tub with all the specified accoutrements, and kept us informed of his progress to our home.  When he arrived at our house, he and his partner delivered the hot tub and and everything else safely and efficiently to its temporary home in our back yard.  It will have to be moved again to the gazebo we are building, and he offered to help us do that for a nominal fee.  Working with Justin turned something that could have been very difficult into a smooth and easy event.  Thank you, Justin!

After setting up a move with these guys for a tub I was buying off of Craigs List the lady backed out as Justin was on his way to her house. I started the search again and found a Hot Spring Grandee that was perfect. Only problem it was 1000 pounds empty and had to come out of a back yard with an opening no wider than the tub when turned up on its side. I was sure impressed with the care they demonstrated when handling that heavy tub. I'm a 65 year old businessman and have had plenty of experience with all kinds of people. I would put these guys with the best of them in every regard. When the lady backed out Justin wouldn't let me pay him for his wasted time. When I found another tub several days later they were right on time and did a first class job. After seeing how hard they worked I was shocked when he gave me the bill. Only when I insisted did they accept a 40% tip. These guys are the best. The seller was impressed and I was impressed. I wish Google had an option to give them a 10.

Same day service! I know this just worked out because I was lucky that Justin was available but I had my hot tub moved 60 miles within 2 hours of calling Justin. I was calling them because I had called 'the spa mover' the week before and they agreed to move my hot tub. They never showed, never called and never returned repeated phone calls... I lost $ taking the day off. I cant find a place to leave a negative review of 'the spa mover', probably with good reason. My wife brought up a good point, do you want some random people knowing where you live, or an off duty firefighter? Justin is someone you trust instantly. He brings his buddy of equal character. Justin is honest, prompt, reliable, careful and reasonably priced. You would be crazy to take a chance with anyone but Justin.
